Spirit Ranch is a Texas non-profit corporation doing business under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. We are a Christian ministry with a focus on our vision, mission, values, and objective stated above. While fees are charged for the events held at Spirit Ranch, we none-the-less need financial partners to help pay for the ongoing costs of the ranch (remodeling, ropes course construction, operating expenses).
